The agreement between you and EventVault Ltd. governing your use of the platform.
By creating an account or using EventVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
EventVault is a multi-tenant SaaS platform enabling event organisers to create events, sell tickets, and run paid voting contests. We operate on a revenue-share model and do not charge subscription fees. Platform fees are deducted at point of payout.
EventVault charges a platform fee as a percentage of gross revenue collected through the Platform:
Fees are deducted automatically from your escrow balance at the time of payout request. There are no monthly subscription fees. Organisers on high-volume custom agreements may have negotiated rates that differ from the above.
All revenue collected through EventVault is held in an escrow balance on your behalf. You may request a payout at any time. Payouts are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. EventVault reserves the right to delay payouts pending fraud investigation or dispute resolution.
You may not use EventVault to organise events that involve illegal activity, promote violence, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable law. EventVault reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
EventVault retains all rights to the Platform and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of your event content, brand assets, and data. By uploading content, you grant EventVault a limited licence to display and process it for the purpose of operating the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the platform fees you paid in that month.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, you retain the right to receive any outstanding escrow balance minus applicable fees, subject to completion of fraud review.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
